Very Good
Clean hotel, comfortable beds. The decor was very funky and staff were always helpful.
Expensive for location, restaurant didn't have great options.

Lovely location, clean facilities, staff could be more attentive
Location was perfect and the hotel facilities were lovely and clean.
The staff were not very attentive, we arrived and had to wait 2 hours for our room without being offered a drink. The following morning we ordered breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes and the order hadn’t even been put through which meant we were waiting over an hour and didn’t get to eat because due to this we were running late for our tour. However, to apologise for the inconvenience they offered us a free breakfast the next day which was much appreciated.

What was the highlight of The Hoxton, Rome
Lovely!
My son and I stayed here for our four night visit to Rome. The staff from check-in to the restaurant servers was outstanding! The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our room was excellent, clean, and very stylish. Surrounding area and neighborhood is comfortable and safe to walk and enjoy local restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.
The location is a little too far out from the main attractions in Rome to walk, but taxis are readily available and not too expensive. There is a trade-off on the location because I think the area is nicer than staying right in the middle of everything. I would definitely choose to stay there again due to that factor.
